To ensure the safety and health of both our team members at Angelcare and yourselves we have set up Virtual Visits with Dr. Melodie Limpach. Starting June 1, 2020, we would like all veterinary appointments to start with a virtual visit with Dr. Limpach. If for some reason, you do not have a computer handy, then a phone call appointment will be set up instead. This new feature will allow you to communicate with the Dr. from the safety and quiet of your home without the distraction of your pet or your kids while you and the doctor are discussing the history and symptoms of the problem at hand.

Once you and Dr. Limpach have discussed the current status of your pet and come up with a diagnostic and potential treatment plan, Dr. Limpach will give you an appointment to drop your pet off at the clinic for the physical work that needs to be done. An Actual hands-on Physical Exam, collection of blood samples, administration of vaccines or medicines, ear cleaning, x-rays, surgery, etc will be performed. Depending on the plan for your pet and your schedule, your pet may be with us for an hour or the day.

You will be called when we are done with the planned work, the visit report and invoice will be emailed to you, the invoice payment will be collected(by phone), and then you can come to pick up your pet.

Some follow-ups, like medication refills, or progress reports after treatment for vomiting and diarrhea, or allergy flare-ups may not require an actual trip to the hospital with your pet. If you are a great distance away (some of our patients are at least an hour's drive), a virtual visit will allow us to get things started until you can arrange a time to get your pet in for the physical visit.
