To make an in person appointment you may call or text 262.886.3337. Please be prepared to answer a few questions. We can often accommodate same day drop-offs or next day urgent visits.

Our current office hours are:

Monday 8:30am-12:00pm 3:00pm-5:00pm

Tuesday 8:30am-12:00pm 3:00pm-5:00pm

Wednesday 8:30am-12:00pm 3:00pm-5:00pm

Thursday 8:30am- 12:00pm 3:00pm-5:00pm

Friday 8:30am-12:00pm 3:00pm -5:00pm

Saturday 8:30am-10:30am

For those who prefer online scheduling it is more comprehensive solution coming soon.

Until then ONLINE SCHEDULING you may use the following:

On the right side of your screen, there is a website widget SELECT "Request an Appointment"
to fill out the form. From there, the clinic will follow up on you for your schedule.
