                Congratulations on your new pet! We here at Angelcare believe that this will be one of your most important, most exciting and most trying times. The next few months will determine your success or failure in raising this puppy to be your best friend and family companion or your worst nightmare.

                Our goal at Angelcare is to help you succeed in raising the best dog ever!!!

With this in mind we have put together this special puppy package for everyone with a new puppy 3 months and under. However, if your puppy is over 3 months we would still LOVE to see you, but this package does not fit the needs of your puppy.

                For just $250.00* you and your puppy will receive the following over the next 2 months. Remember, if you are comparing prices to other clinics remember to compare apples to apples. Most clinics only vaccinate against DHPP 3 times compared to Angelcare’s 5 times this offers a better spread of the vaccine. If you happen to miss a vaccine or schedule it later than recommended your puppy is still covered. We believe, like children, puppies need to have proper vaccine coverage. Missing a scheduled vaccine appointment could be detrimental to your puppy’s health.

At your first visit (6-8weeks old):

·        Physical exam

·        DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus) Vaccine

·        Avid Microchip- You will still need to register your pet with AVID.

·        Fecal exam for intestinal worms

·        Starting tablet of the Heartworm preventative Interceptor©- used for an initial dose of a deworming medicine.

·        Puppy pack- Filled with coupons, food samples, & information

·        ½ hour training class with Dr. Limpach ($30.00 value)

·        Training Clicker

At your Second visit (9-10 weeks old):

·        Breed specific consult

·        ½ hour training session with Dr. Limpach ($30.00 value)

·        2^nd DHPP vaccine

·        Deworming medication- based on the results of the initial fecal exam

At your third visit (11-12 weeks old):

·        Breed specific consult

·        3^rd DHPP vaccine

·        Leptospirosis vaccine

·        Interceptor© Tablet

·        ½ hour Training session with Dr. Limpach ($30.00 value)

At your fourth visit (13-14 weeks old):

·        Breed specific consult

·        4^th DHPP vaccine

·        Leptospirosis vaccine

·        ½ training session with Dr. Limpach ($30.00 value)

At your fifth visit (15-16 weeks old):

·        Breed specific consult

·        DHPP vaccine

·        Rabies vaccine

·        ½ hour training session with Dr. Limpach

 

** At this visit it will be time for you to purchase Interceptor© Heartworm prevention and flea & tick prevention (this is no included in this puppy special).**

                This package does not include treatment of any illnesses or any congenital defects discovered during the initial exam.

                This package also doesn’t include additional exam or treatment if your puppy becomes ill in between his/her routine wellness/vaccine visits.

*Payment must be presented at your first visit and is non-refundable. If you miss a scheduled appointment you will not be reimbursed for the missing visit. Always remember to make it to your puppy’s scheduled appointment.
