Appointment Policy

To make your and our busy days run more smoothly, Please call ahead or email ahead to make arrangements to drop off or pick up your pets.

All Veterinary appointments need to be made ahead of time. Either at the end of your appointment or by phone.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. We ask you to restrain your pet while in the waiting rooms. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.


When the exam has begun please allow trained staff members to restrain your pet during the entire exam process. Try not to put your face or hands close to their face. We know that you are trying to comfort the animal, but many animals are scared and could potentially bite you. If you must touch your pet during the procedure please refrain from doing so during the time when the doctor is doing a procedure or examining your pet. 

Reminder:

In order to keep our costs down and insure that everyone gets to see the Vet in a timely manner, PLEASE make it to your scheduled appointment on time or slightly before. If you can not make it to your appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance.

Not coming to your pet's scheduled appointment or failing to call and cancel (24 hours prior) causes:

Another animal to be pushed to another date

Us to deny a possible fill in pet

Angelcare to pay employee's to be standing around

This happening more and more will cause prices to go up.

If you miss an appointment or multiple appointments, Angelcare reserves the right to deny you further service, charge you for missed appointments, or require you to pay for appointments ahead of time.

Just remember, helping make Angelcare run more efficiently keeps costs down; which will save you money.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. This means before or after a procedure or any other service has been done. For your convenience, we accept:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal checks.
