The Pet Health Club is the newest addition to Angelcare, where pets and owners can come and use our beautiful facility to play together with their friends or by themselves. We have optional services included in our packages, or you can talk with Julie to make your own personalized pass!!! Angelcare Pet Health Club Packages

Note: Please purchase packages during regular business hours when our reception staff can set up your membership and answer any questions you may have. Please set up single playtime appointments or bath appointments during these hours as well.

Hours of Operation:

                Monday - Friday:   8:30-10:30 a.m. and 4 - 7p.m.

                Saturday:                 8:30a.m. until Noon.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but Angelcare cannot setup new memberships or make appointments on Saturday nights or Sundays.

Bathe Your Own Dog Program

 

          The bathe your own dog program is designed to allow health club members the opportunity to bathe their dog using the Angelcare bathing facility and not have to worry about paw prints or wet dog all over their house. J We hope you enjoy this unique opportunity to enhance the human-animal bond even further.

 

There are some rules that we do expect our members to follow:

1)     Never leave your pet unattended during a bath or while under a dryer.

2)     If at any time you see that our equipment may be damaged, please contact a staff member as soon as possible, so that we may assist you safely.

3)     Please leave facility clean and ready for the next member to use.

4)     Place all used towels into appropriate bin.  

5)     Put away all supplies (shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, muzzles, nail trimmer, Kwik Stop, etc.)

6)     In order to keep expenses down, please do not remove any supplies from the premises.

7)     Never use medicated shampoos unless directed by your veterinarian and verified by written consent. These shampoos may be toxic to your pet.

8)     Unplug all dryers and put away neatly.

9)     Clean out all cages when you are finished and sweep up all hair and place into trash bins.

 

Baths are done by appointment only and the staff of Angelcare will be around to answer any questions you may have or to assist you in any way. If supplies are getting low, please contact a staff member so that we may keep them stocked for future baths. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions or express any concerns; we are here to help. Abuse or misuse of equipment or supplies will result in a warning and revocation of this privilege without refund for the remainder of the membership.

 

 

Open Doggy Playtimes:

(Hours subject to change during Holidays without notice...Please call ahead.)

 

Acre Access: (Small and Large dog playtimes...6ft fencing)

***Front yard access may be used by appointment only from 1pm until 4pm any day of the week. Single families only. No Angelcare staff will be around to assist during these times. Please make all appointments during regular business hours.

 

   Agility Equipment Access during these times as well. Previous instruction on Agility required for A-Frame, Dog Walks, Teeter-Totter, Bridge, Tunnels, and high jumps. To schedule a demonstration of how to use the agility equipment, please set up an appointment. A nominal fee will apply. Do NOT attempt to use this equipment without prior instruction.

 

Rules for open Playtimes:

-        Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up anything your pet leaves behind.

-        Playtime is meant to be a fun time for pets and their owners to get together as groups. If you know your dog may be dog-aggressive, please leave a drag-line on for safe retrieval or schedule private playtime sessions.

-        Please use any equipment responsibly and leave the equipment in tact for the next pet to have fun on. If you or your pet damage any equipment while on the premises, you will be held responsible for replacement of these items.

-        Abuse or misuse of equipment or property will result in suspension of membership without refund.

-         

-        Angelcare cannot be held responsible for any dog quarrels that may occur while on the premises, as also stated in the Pet Health Club Sign-up Form. Direct Stop is available for purchase to aid owners in this regard.

-        If there are any problems that arise, please contact an Angelcare counselor and they can assist you.

 

New Memberships take about 15-20 minutes to complete at the initial visit. For faster service, you may download and fill out our agreement ahead of time:    Pet Health Club Agreement

You will need to provide a Photo ID and your pet's current vaccination records at the initial visit. Current Rabies, annual Distemper Combination with Leptospirosis, and annual Bordatella vaccines, as well as a bi-annual Intestinal Parasite Screen are required of our members. A Photo ID or your pass will be required each time you enter the facility.

A temporary membership card will be handed to you and a permanent membership card will be available within 24-48 hours.
